Extended Description Shops and offices on a street in the Jewish part of Lublin. According to the shop signs, in Polish, this block has the offices of an insurance fund and a fund for loans and a free loan association, a shoemaker's workshop, leather goods shop, and shops selling socks and thread. On the wall of the building (lower left) are also displayed notices in Yiddish and Polish about the May First (Labor Day) celebration. Photographed in 1938 or 1939.
